WARRANTY POLICIES.

  • All guarantee procedures must be requested from the Guarantee department, providing a copy of the invoice and the ticket raised on our page.

  • For the entry of guarantees, the following must be presented:
    Copy of the invoice of the product from which the corresponding guarantee is derived.
    à Printing the ticket previously raised on the page www.storageparts.com.mx
    à The product in an antistatic box and / or bag.

  • Raising a ticket does not imply an acceptance of the guarantee.

.

  • A guarantee is not valid in the event that the product is found to be physically damaged, with signs of misuse and / or burned, and in the case of hard drives they are presented in an antistatic bag.

.

  • There is no warranty on consumables. such as: toners, ink cartridges and backing tapes. This is specified on the invoice with the legend "no guarantee".

  • STORAGE AND PARTS SA de CV will replace or repair the products once they have been received at our facilities within a maximum period of 15 business days. Except if due to force majeure in which the product has to be sent to the factory for diagnosis, repair or replacement, for which you will be informed of the manufacturer's commitment date.

  • On LCD / TV screens the warranty is 30 days with Storage and Parts.

.

  • In LCD / TV screens, no warranty applies in case of damage to the screen caused by the handling of couriers and / or improper handling of carriers, in broken or crashed LCDs, or with indications of damage caused intentionally.

  • In products transported by couriers and that show damage, Storage And Parts is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties.
