The return policies mark the times, guidelines and conditions under which a return of merchandise can be accepted.

• In products on request or import, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

• If the return is accepted, the product must have original packaging, accessories, labels and seal of the product.

• The product must not show signs of having been used, tested or abused.

• No credit notes are made for freight.

• In the return of products, a credit note is made for balances (refunds do not apply)
